For those who are New to Pilates

You may have been advised by your physiotherapist or a friend to do Pilates but aren’t sure how to start or what all the fuss is about!

No matter your age, gender or previous exercise experience, if you’re new to Pilates you will need to learn the basics to ensure continued success.

Your first step as a newcomer is to book a personal training session so we can go through your health questionnaire, discuss your needs or goals and assess your ability. You can take this session with one of our specialist team as a 1:1, or with a friend or family member as a 1:2. After your ‘Newcomer PT’ session, you will be able to join our Basic Matwork or Reformer group classes. Our Back to Health classes are also available if needed.

It won’t be long until you start to feel and see the benefits to this unique method of body conditioning that everyone raves about,, and move your way up the levels.

In the meantime if you’d like to find out more, or have any questions regarding suitability, we warmly invite you to give studio owner, Nikki, a call to discuss your needs and goals.

Please call Nikki directly on 07810 118116 – if she’s unable to answer please leave a voice message and she’ll get back to you as soon as she can.
