Circuits
This small class takes each client around all the apparatus, experiencing the whole Pilates system. Clients are expected to work more independently than in a group Matwork or Reformer class as each person works on a the individual exercise set to each practice area, which can include the mat, the barre, the reformer, the cadillac and the stability chair.
Good knowledge and recent practice of Matwork and Reformer, at an intermediate level, is essential before joining this class. Classes are limited to no more than 5 people. Please note this class is designed at an advanced level.
