Personal Training


Our personal training sessions are typically an hour long and can be taken as a one-off session or regular long term sessions. They can also be booked as a 1:1 or a 1:2 sharing session. 

The benefits to being trained privately include a more in-depth postural/bio-mechanical assessment, a tailor-made exercise programme to suits your needs and goals, the use of the fully comprehensive studio apparatus and a less intimidating experience for anyone anxious about being in a group class.  

Please note all our personal training slots are scheduled in the timetable and are very popular, so there may be a week or two wait for an available slot. Sessions need to be requested via Personal Training in our online booking system where you will find a choice of days and times from our upcoming availability.

All new clients will currently receive their first 1:1 or 1:2 personal training session with a special offer discount.
