Fay Roberts

Fay was first introduced to Pilates when looking for a way to manage her lower back pain. Before qualifying as a Pilates teacher Fay worked as a Human Resources Manager and in Family Support.

In 2017 Fay gained her fully comprehensive Pilates certification with the internationally renowned Polestar Pilates. Since then she has acquired a wealth of knowledge through a number of CPDs and experience with specific populations such as children, runners, seniors and those with osteoporosis. During her career as a Pilates teacher Fay has worked for various boutique studios in central London, including 5 years at a studio which she co-owned, working with small groups and private corporate clients.

When Fay is not teaching Pilates she enjoys time with her husband, their two grown up sons and their dog. She is also fanatical about knitting and a big Huddersfield Town FC supporter!

Fay enjoys teaching across all the Pilates apparatus and loves “the high standards, determination and dedication of Encore’s clients”.
